(On Screen): Once in a while, someone will visit this site and will see this graphic instead of the pictures that are supposed to be displayed:

It doesn't happen very often, but I can tell from my server log files that it does happen once in a while. Here's a page I just created which explains why it's happening, and what to do about it.
