(On Screen): Speaking in the UN, a raving Iraqi ambassador said that the US was trying to exterminate the people of Iraq. At that point, the US ambassador stood up and walked out of the meeting.

The Iraqi Health Minister says that there have been 350 civilian deaths in Baghdad so far. That number is probably exaggerated, but even if we take it at its face, I think it makes something clear.

If we were truly trying to exterminate the Iraqi people, the death toll by this point would be in the millions, and the war would already be over.
