Elements of the 82nd Airborne are deploying to Kuwait.

The US Coast Guard is sending a Port Security Unit to the Gulf. This clearly is not needed for any port in Kuwait; best guess is that it's intended to help in operating the port in Basra once it's captured.

The French carrier Charles De Gaulle will return to Toulon on the 25th. (It never left the Mediterranean.)
