20020324.1708 (On Screen): I'd like to see our leaders lay it on the line with Arafat. I'd like one of them to publicly state that we no longer believe that Arafat is capable of delivering peace, that there is no point in negotiating with him if he cannot, and that the only way for him to prove it is to actually deliver a cease fire, right now, immediately, and that if he does not then the US will have no further dealings with him because such dealings would be a pointless waste of time.
