(On Screen): Some of the states who are unhappy with the Fed's deal with Microsoft are asking to see the source to Microsoft's operating systems so that they can determine if it really is possible to strip out some features from Windows without damaging it. This in preparation for a court hearing on March 6.

Much good will it do them. A couple million lines of code, without the support documentation? They can't learn anything from that in three weeks; it would take months to even find their way around in it.
