USS Clueless - Iceland's military women

Stardate 20020207.1729

(On Screen): Shiloh talks about the fact that feminist often use distorted statistics to make the plight of women look much worse than it is. (Not to say that there is no longer any problem at all, of course.)

I'm reminded of a story I once read in one of Jim Dunnigan's books: a feminist complained about the fact that Iceland's military had no women at all in it. She apparently hadn't noticed that it also didn't have any men. Iceland is a member of NATO but at the time had no military at all.
