Stardate 20011121.1619 (On Screen): The war continues to go well. CNN reports that the Taliban and al Qaeda forces in Kunduz will surrender without a fight. While it was blatantly obvious that they had no hope, there was still the chance that they'd decide to go out in a burst of glory. Fortunately, that appears not to be the case. The Afghan Taliban in the city will probably change sides and join the Northern Alliance. It remains to be seen just what will happen to the "foreign guests" who are in there; the one thing that is certain is that they're not going to go free. (We'll see to that.)
