Stardate 20011027.1418 (On Screen): The Cuban government is still grousing about the fact that Russia has decided to close a listening post in Cuba which was left over from the Cold War. But stranger is that it is complaining that Russia is seeking to become a capitalist nation. Apparently it's taken Cuba 10 years to notice this.
