Stardate 20011006.1031 (On Screen): There may be another attack coming. It's not certain, and there's no telling where it would be. Some of the people who might be involved are under surveillance, but some may not be. It probably can't be prevented except by normal prudence and by the willingness of civilian individuals to resist if they are nearby. If it does happen, we will all be tested. (And it should shut up those who think it will all go away if we just wish hard enough and live virtuous lives.)
