Stardate 20010927.1010 (On Screen): For those who say that revolutions and terrorist movements can never be ended, and that military intervention can never help, please note this case. A NATO force was invited into Macedonia by both sides in a civil war there, to supervise disarmament of the rebel force. They did so and are about to leave, and the Macedonian rebel movement is disbanding. While this is not inevitably what will happen in every case, this proves that it is possible.
