the opposition says that bin Laden is actually holed up with Mullah Omar, leader of the Taliban, and if the US would just drop a bomb on Omar's head, the whole problem would be solved. I don't believe either of them; the announcements are both just a bit too self-serving. There's a lot of disinformation in a war; let's be careful not to fall for the trap of "They wouldn't print it if it wasn't true."
