Stardate 20010905.1236 (On Screen): The Constitution sets certain qualifications for being permitted to run for the House of Representatives: you have to be at least 25 years of age, a citizen for at least 7 years, and a resident of the state in which you are running. Unfortunately, being insane or deluded does not disqualify someone (which has saved the career of many a fine Representative). Still, when a member of the House stands up and says that the ghost of Chandra Levy has been speaking to her, you have to wonder.
