Stardate 20010723.1156 (On Screen): There's a smug, self-congratulatory tone to this report about the Bonn agreement which bothers me, including an entire section of it which describes the Bonn agreement as somehow a defeat for President Bush. Bush never wanted to prevent an agreement; he just wanted to prevent the agreement from applying to the US.
