ec26141bb4 Updates to version 0.6.1: 
- Changed version number.
- verify-mod-downloads now ignores comment lines (beginning with #).
- Removed Twilight Forest mod from build.
- Technic Pack resource files are now in Markdown, mirroring changes on site.

a20a83f039 First attempt at building a server pack 
Upgraded Forge to 10.13.4.1558; added the Forge Installer to set up the
basic server directory; added templates for certain server config files;
set up makefile rules for building the server pack

590a84d373 Added 3 new mods, configuration tweaks, housekeeping 
- Added the PowerConverters, Simply Jetpacks, and SmallBoats mods.
- Added configuration tweaks for Factorization, MrTJPCore, and Mr. Crayfish's
  Furniture Mod.
- Filled in the description in README.md and overview.markup.txt.
- Added CHANGELOG, LICENSE.md, and CODE-OF-CONDUCT.md.

baa37b0439 Mods are now synced up with latest version of Erbosoft Plus pack
