Amy Bowersox, Founder and Principal
Hello! I'm Amy Bowersox, Founder and Principal of Erbosoft Metaverse Design Solutions. I'm a software engineer with decades of experience, working on a wide variety of things.
Originally from Poway, CA, I studied at the University of California at Santa Barbara, where I got by Computer Science degree with emphasis in Programming Methodology. I also qualified for the Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society in my junior year.
My first software job was working on software configuration management tools, before moving on to Internet communications software. I've since worked on a wide variety of systems, up and down the stack (but primarily backend).
I also explore various technologies in my spare time, which is part of what led to Erbosoft as it exists today, It's called "Erbosoft Metaverse Design Solutions" because it started with scripted objects I built in Second Life, one of the first real "metaverse" environments.
Other things I enjoy include traveling, karaoke singing, and my cats Penny and Bella and dog Pixie.
